Regular Membership

If you are an owner, manager, trustee, property management company you can become a member of the Fargo Moorhead Apartment Association. Not only do you become a member of the FMAA but included is membership in the statewide organization - North Dakota Apartment Association (www.ndaa.net) as well as the national organization - National Apartment Association (www.naahq.org).

• Legislative Activity
  The Association provides an extensive State and Federal Lobbying network. We keep you informed about local and state legislation and we are working for you as your voice and landlord lobbyists.

  Usually meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at the Holiday Inn, Fargo, ND. We have speakers on housing related topics at each meeting.

  North Dakota Apartment Association State Convention held once a year, usually in March, at one of the cities in ND. Great educational seminars!
   
• Monthly Local Newsletter
  Newsletter available on our website informing you of changes, meetings and happenings that affect your industry.
